Coop's Dad Graduated!

It was a busy weekend! Jeff graduated from the University of Iowa MBA program on Friday morning. We are very proud of him and all of the hard work (and late nights) that he put into his masters degree for the last 2 years. We are also very happy that it is over and there will be no discussion about a doctorate degree!

We celebrated with family and friends on Friday night in Davenport.

Then on Sunday we headed to Minnesota to celebrate Tia Beth and Uncle Dan's anniversary - Congratulations you crazy kids!

Cooper had a ball this weekend and enjoyed all of the attention! He was a tired little boy by the time we got home Sunday night though! He was a little cranky on Monday when he had to get back into his normal schedule, but he had settled down today.

First Mother's Day

I had a wonderful day today celebrating my first mother's day with Cooper and Jeff.

They gave me a beautiful mother and child statue and let me take it easy, I even got a nap!

The past few months have been a lot of work, but being a mom is the best thing that's ever happened to me.









I feel so blessed to have our beautiful little boy and my supportive husband.
