Breakfast with Santa

We went to a local farm this morning for breakfast with Santa! We took a very cold sleigh ride into the woods to Santa's cabin. Coop had been talking quite a bit about meeting Santa, but was pretty shy when he did meet him. He did sit on his lap, but was very serious about it! When Santa asked what Cooper wanted to Christmas, he said "a tree"!

Halloween

Cooper had fun trick or treating with his friend Natalie. They were very excited when they realized that they would get candy at each house! You could just see their eyes light up when they saw the candy bowls! Coop was a little shy about saying "trick or treat", but Natalie was all over it. Definitely helped for them to be together, they probably would have been more shy on their own.

Pumpkins and Hayrack Ride

We had a fun weekend! Hayrack ride at the Hager's on Saturday and carving Coop's pumpkin on Sunday!

Amy's Wedding

Coop had a great time at Jeff's cousin Amy's wedding last weekend. He ran around with all his cousins and danced like a crazy man. He was especially happy with his new shoes that Daddy bought for him... they have squeakers in the heel. Daddy did not realize this when he bought them, but Coop loved stomping around in his squeaky shoes!

Berry Pancakes

Cooper and I have had a Sunday morning ritual this summer of making berry pancakes while Daddy is out golfing. Coop is starting to take a bigger role in making the pancakes, which is making cleanup take a little longer! Here's some pictures from this morning...

Brookfield Zoo

We visited Brookfield Zoo in July and Cooper loved looking at all the animals! He especially liked watering the plants in the children's section and seeing the bunny up close, but was a little nervous about touching it!

We celebrated the wedding of Jeff's cousin Melita this weekend and Cooper was a ring bearer in the ceremony.
